Welcome home. I hope the crossing was smooth and that you will soon be rested and able to post your reflections on the weekend.

I'm glad you're home safely. Hope the weather wasn't too uncomfortable on the crossing. It was great to be able to spend time with you both.

I think our decision to go on the earlier boat was a good one! The train was fast and smooth, and we got seats with somewhere for S2C to plug in his computer. The only wait was to get on the boat - which we would have had, only less comfortably, at Liverpool.

They happily transferred our 'premier' booking too, so we had room to spread out and sockets for computers etc. The crossing wasn't bad - but got rougher as it went on, so the last 3/4 hour were 'a little uncomfortable'. By now it is windier and I am glad to be here, rather than just leaving Liverpool, even though it would have been lovely to stay a little longer!

So S2C wasn't denied his computer fix - glad to hear it. I was sorry to see you go early, but it does seem like the right decision. And it looks like it's a route worth considering for the future!

It was good to meet you at the weekend. So many people have told me to read your fic that I obediently started with some of Olaf yesterday. I think the Man With No Name may be my favourite so far; and Fanny Troll is definitely the most disturbing crossover yet. I'm anticipating much more laughter to come - for which much thanks.

Welcome back! I hope to join you all next year, circumstances not permitting it this year. But I've enjoyed reading all the reports, and look forward to yours.
